What it collects
There's no sign-up form. Everything comes from the conversation itself: whatever you type to describe your situation, and the facts your letter needs (your landlord's name and address, dates, dollar amounts, your own contact info) as you give them. If you ask to have your letter emailed to you, we also collect the email address you type in for that one send.
Where it goes
- Anthropic (Claude) reads the conversation to understand your situation, ask follow-up questions, and pick the right letter. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, conversations sent through the API aren't used to train its models.
- Supabase (our database) holds the conversation temporarily so the assistant remembers context while you're using it.
- Resend (our email provider) sends the PDF only if you choose "email it to yourself," to the address you provide for that one message.
Nothing here is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything but producing your letter.
How long anything is kept
Not long. Any conversation that's gone quiet for more than 3 hours — a closed tab, a dead phone battery, anything — is automatically and permanently deleted. You don't have to wait that long: see your controls below.

What's never stored
- Your finished letter is built as a PDF on the spot and streamed straight to you — the file itself never touches our servers, only the answers used to fill it in (and only for as long as described above).
- An emailed copy is sent once and not kept afterward.
